How much?

This is a question that every wise fitness professional must ask when considering starting a new fitness program. The proper question, however, should not be how much will it cost, but how much will I benefit from it? :

Women Only Health Clubs:
A once off joining fee of R150 - R250 is charged and monthly dues of R190 - R250 per month on a year membership. Please note that each branch has different special offers, so pricing is not always the same at each one. The more expensive membership offers the option to cancel anytime with a 30 day notice period. Often, an option to convert to an annual membership, which is cheaper is given in the first few weeks, should the client wish. Other programs can be used in women's clubs or in full service clubs:

Weight-Management Programs:
We offer nutrition programs and prices range from R400 for members for 8 weeks to R500 for non-members for 8 weeks. If you do some competitive shopping around, you will see that these prices are very competitive; the overweight market pays huge amounts of money to these facilities that offer nothing but a "quick fix" diet with no exercise element. Personal Training at Rondebosch is also offered at an extremely competitive price of R80 /hr to members and R100 / hr to non-members. Group training, with a friend, has reduced rates. Melkbosstrand also offers personal training, please call for prices. PACE also offers Passive Slimming / Vibration Machines. These machines are excellent for firming and toning, cm loss, increasing bone density, cellulite, circulation and improving lower back pain to mention but a few of the benefits. These are done in 10 and 20 minute sessions. We offer these machines to members and non-members, just with different price structures, please call one of our branches for further information.

Senior/Kids/Specialty Groups:
These niche markets can now be serviced safely and effectively with PACE. PACE is a perfect no-impact, no peer pressure program for seniors, kids and rehab patients alike. Because PACE's unique hydraulic resistance accommodates to the effort of the user, anyone at any fitness level can do PACE-and get great results! PACE is very similar to aquatics; the faster one moves the hydraulic fluid, the greater the resistance. No swimsuits necessary! Many clubs use PACE as their kids program as a fitness "musical chairs". No fixed load against growing bones or weights to drop on little fingers. Just lots of fun (and sweat) !
